Paxton Appearances

There is absolutely nothing Paxton loves more than connecting with PaddleHeads fans in the community! If you would like to request an appearance, organizations must complete the "Paxton Apperance Request Form" at least four (4) weeks prior to the event! 

  • Requests are booked on a first come, first served basis.
  • Due to the number of requests, not all appearances are guaranteed.
  • Paxton is available for appearances of varying time, anywhere from one (1) to three (3) hours.
  • Organization must provide a private location for Paxton to prepare for the appearance and for breaks.
  • Paxton must have a dedicated escort for the length of his appearance at the event. This can either be a Missoula PaddleHeads Staff Member or an Event Representative.
  • Paxton must be allowed to take a 15-minute break for each hour of his appearance.
  • For events less than 25 miles away from Ogren Park at Allegiance Field, there is no travel fee. If the event is more than 25 miles and less than 60 miles from Ogren Park at Allegiance Field, the travel fee is $20. Beyond 60 miles beyond Ogren Park at Allegiance Field will be considered and negotiated on a case-by-case basis. All payments must be received at least 72 hours prior to the event.
